Three full-time level positions with benefits:
1.  Part-time position with minimum 10 visits per week (Home and Clinic)
2.  Moonlighting part-time with minimum of 10 visits per week (clinic only: flexible 3-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings 8-1pm)

Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:

  • Utilizes thorough and appropriate evaluation techniques to establish realistic goals.
  • Designs and implements a treatment plan which best meets the needs of the patient and works toward achieving established goals.
  • Develops and implements treatment plans to improve oral motor skills for feeding and speaking, articulation/phonological skills, fluency, voice as well as expressive and receptive language skills.
  • Provides guidance on transitioning from bottle to cup, puree to solid food as well as food chaining for patients with food aversions or sensitivities.
  • Participates in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
  • Maintains files and/or records (e.g. progress reports, activity logs, billing information, treatment plans, required documentation, quarterly reports, screening results, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of information as required for reference and/or compliance.
  • Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars (e.g. training, POC’s, team meetings, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
