With our flexible part to full-time positions, one may choose to begin working full time with insurance benefits, paid leave time and paid continuing education training days! Sprout also has launched our unique STEM (Student Training Employee Mentorship) program in which team members may choose to participate in bi-monthly training sessions to receive bonuses and incentives as they progress in their professional development.
Our team members enjoy the synergy we experience working in clusters and collaborating at bi-monthly case management meetings. We share about strategies and therapy plans, so families experience a cohesive “game plan” and know we are working together for more productive outcomes for their child. Sprout offers families in home therapy, clinic based therapy, as well as success within the community as we partner with the YMCA of the Midlands to foster our transition-to-wellness program.
